Our Mission

Lilyfield is focused on providing healthy families for at-risk children and youth. We serve families through a variety of services designed to ensure that children in our community have safe and healthy homes where they can be nurtured and grow to their full potential. We know that some families might need only a little bit of support while others need more intensive help and regardless of where families find themselves, we are here to help.

Our 2Gen Approach

Lilyfield’s  two  generation  (2Gen)  approach  focuses  on  family  well-being  by working  with the  whole  family,  providing strategic  and  simultaneous  support  to children  and  their  caregivers.  Our  specific  service  areas  include mental health counseling,  parent  support  and  education,  mentoring, preschool programs,  after school programs, pregnancy support services, and foster care.

Stories of Hope

Monica
" Healing Hearts, One Conversation at a Time"
When grief and anger divided her family, Monica chose a new path-one that would break the cycle of hurt. Becoming a mother in the middle of loss left her feeling isolated, but it also awakened a fierce commitment to protect her children and create a different kind of home. Through Lilyfield's parent program, she's learning to meet her children with patience and understanding, finding strength in love and growth in every challenge. With each bedtime prayer and whispered, "I love you," Monica is rewriting her family's story-one filled with gentleness, safety, and hope.

Tierra
“Joy Comes in the Morning”
Tierra’s journey has been marked by courage—leaving domestic violence, protecting her unborn son, and moving across states with nothing but faith to guide her. Even in the darkest moments, she held onto the promise that joy would come again. Her story is a testament that change is possible, that hope is real, and that God carries us when we cannot carry ourselves. Tierra wants other mothers to know that a new life is within reach—and they are never alone.

The Henricks Family
“Where Hope Takes Root”
The Hendricks felt a strong call to step into foster care when they saw growing needs in the community. They began with uncertainty, but Lilyfield’s training and constant support helped them feel prepared and confident. Each child who enters their home teaches them something new about resilience, family, and grace. They want others to know that fostering isn’t about having it all together—it’s about offering a safe, stable place where hope can grow.

Whitley
“Learning as We Go”
As Whitley stepped into life as a single parent, she quickly realized the need to refocus and rebuild. Joining parenting and support groups, and engaging in Lilyfield’s programs, showed her she wasn’t alone and helped her grow in confidence. She’s learned that parenting is about connection, not command, meeting her daughter at her level as they grow side by side. She wants others to know it’s okay to ask for help because every hard moment can lead to a new beginning.
