Dianne Smith joined Lilyfield in September 2020 as the Director of Community Engagement focusing on the Tulsa metro area. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Oklahoma State University and comes to Lilyfield with over six years development and four years sales experience, working on eight Tulsa Area United Way campaigns.

Dianne’s background includes volunteering with youth and she is thrilled to be working for an organization whose mission is to advocate for at-risk children and families in need.

She is married and has a daughter finishing her Master's of Social Work at OU, two sons at OSU, a Lab named Aggie and a cat named Eskimo. She enjoys almost everything when joined by family and friends, being outside, reading and working out. She has been involved with Young Life, New Life Ranch and is a member of Women United.
