Lilyfield ONE Campaign (NEW)

Each child that is served in our prevention program is 80% funded through matching grants. We need to raise an additional $50 per child per month for the rest. Let's come together as ONE to reach our goal of 260 newHope Heroeswho give $50 a month.
When we unite around one vision for healthy and stable families for children, we give life and hope to our community. At Lilyfield we are changing the lives and futures of those we serve through adoption, foster care, counseling and prevention work. By reaching our goal, we can create deep and lasting impact that will revitalize the impoverished and give hope to children and families. The unity asked of us by Jesus should never be more evident than when we help the ‘least among us.’ Even with all the work and growth we have seen over the past few years, much remains to be done.
Each circle represents five children. We currently have 27 donors who give $50 per month. Help us fill the circles by becoming a monthly donor!

My husband Jantz and I were introduced to Lilyfield by my dear friend Diana Perkins. We have watched the organization grow over the last 6-8 years. As Diana and I spoke about the challenges with the DHS system it always saddened me to see children who were unfortunately stuck in this mess by no fault of their own. So when I heard Lilyfield was visiting other agencies around the country and doing research on methods to intervene earlier and hopefully prevent children from entering the foster system, I was intrigued.

EmpowerOKC is the answer that Lilyfield created to help deal with this dilemma. It is an amazing organization and is doing such important work in intervening with at-risk families and offering resources that would otherwise be financially impossible for these families to have access to. My husband and I are monthly financial partners with Empower and I serve as a Connector, which is a one-on-one mentor to a child. This is my first year to be a Connector and I love every minute of it. I have been paired with an adorable 4th grader from Heronville elementary that I visit weekly. I am there to be her mentor, tutor, and friend. I would encourage everyone to explore this amazing program and be prepared to be swept up in their mission and get involved!”
